Annual Performance Assessment 2024/2025

We are pleased to introduce the Annual Performance Assessment for 2024/2025.

This report outlines how the Service has performed against the Improvement and Well-being Objectives within its Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP) 2040.  

By 31 October each year, the Service is required to publish its Annual Performance Assessment (APA), which reports progress against the Improvement and Well-being Objectives from the previous year. The Service follows Welsh Government guidelines to ensure the way in which it assesses and reports its achievements are understood by communities, staff, and stakeholders. This APA outlines the progress made against the Improvement and Well-being Objectives during 2024/2025.
