1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (MAWWFRS).
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals who complete the #ServiceSquirrel Colouring Competition.
- One prize draw will be drawn per division (Northern, Southern, Western).
- Entrants can be any age but under 18’s must supply a name / contact details from a parent or guardian
- Employees of MAWWFRS directly involved in administering the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. Prize Draw Frequency
- The prize draw for all 3 divisions will be held on Wednesday 24th December 2025.
- Three winners will be selected to receive a £30 Amazon eGift Card.
4. How to Enter and Survey anonymity
- To enter the prize draw, participants must provide a name and valid email address.
- Entries must be submitted by 10am on Monday, 22nd December. Late entries will not be accepted.
- Participation in colouring competition draw is optional. Contact details submitted for the prize draw are stored independently and used solely for the purpose of notifying the winner.
5. Prize
- One eligible winner in Northern, Southern and Western Division will receive a £30 Amazon eGift Card.
- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the prize draw closes.
- The winner will be notified using the contact details provided.
- If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, MAWWFRS reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The winner can either collect their prize from Service Headquarters, Lime Grove Avenue, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, SA31 1SP or the prize can be posted.
7. Right to withdraw
- MAWWFRS reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of their reasonable control or if deemed necessary in their absolute discretion.
8. Publicity
- By entering the competition, the winner agrees to have their name announced on the MAWWFRS’s social media channels. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to competition.
9. Data Protection
- Contact details provided for the prize draw will be used solely for the purpose of notifying the winner.
- All personal data will be securely deleted once the prize has been claimed.
- MAWWFRS will handle all data in accordance with its Data Protection Policy and applicable legislation.
10. General
- MAWWFRS reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time.
- By entering the prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
