As part of the pre-employment screening, you are also required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure to evidence that you do not currently hold any unspent criminal convictions, under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, or any previous convictions which could make you unsuitable for this role.
In order for this application to be completed, you must supply the Service with three forms of identification, to include:
Category One
One document from Category One, this is to verify your current address, and should be dated within the last three months:
- Utility Bill
- Rental Agreement/Mortgage
- Bank Statement
Category Two
Two documents from Category Two, photo I.D is preferable:
- Valid Passport
- Valid Driving License
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- National I.D Card
If you are successful in reaching the confidence in water and CPR assessment stage of the process, you will be required to bring the above documents with you, in order for your DBS application to be processed and your I.D. check verified.
